The Pig attraction was a ten part series all about puppets that was shown nationally on ITV in 1993. I was on the production team, the presenter of it and puppeteer of the main presenter Billie thePig. P&P always used to leave their latest pop video lying in Billie the Pig's dressing room and so during the programme he would sneak off to watch it, usually introducing it as "a really top bit of Pork" or some other piggy/ choppy/ bacon refrential remark.

I operated some of the additional characters with Jan and Vlasta Dalibor and then have been Just Group's Perky for the 2000 Christmas album and video on tour switching on christmas lights and doing endless radio interviews. We then took the Pigs to the Edinburgh fetsival where they made the front of the listings magazine and made a pilot for a Graham Norton type tv show with Planet 24 which included the pigs doing their Britney tribute (in schoolgirls outfits with backing dancers and live band) "Pork me baby one more time".
Since then the little guys have been lying in their dungarees awaiting the future of teh Just Group to be decided.
